Patric McDowell Richardson, A native of Detroit, Michigan, Patric has experienced a unique life journey as an only child, former widow, and a proud mother of one son. She is happily remarried and subsequently relocated to Indianapolis, Indiana. It was in Indianapolis that she embarked on her career in non-profit management and earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration management from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is a seasoned professional with a deep-rooted commitment to enhancing the quality of life for older adults. Patric, is the Founder and CEO of R & M Partners and has dedicated herself to the betterment of the senior living industry. With over a decade of experience in this field, she is recognized as a driving force behind innovation and positive change.

One of her greatest accomplishments she led the “Safe at Home” partnership with IU Hospital Network and several non-profit Area Agencies on Aging in Central Indiana. During this half-day event, simultaneously 130 homes across the state received accessibility modification projects. These projects were completed by 500 community volunteers and funded by philanthropic contributions. By way of this partnership, she established a statewide fall prevention awareness campaign that continues to provide home modifications for low-income senior homeowners in Central Indiana.

Patric's journey into the senior living industry was marked by a desire to make a difference. Her passion for improving care standards and the well-being of older adults led her to become a certified aging in place specialist, equipping her with the knowledge and expertise needed to bring about meaningful change in the lives of seniors. In addition, Patric holds a license as a residential care administrator in Indiana, further showcasing her dedication to ensuring the highest standards of care within senior living communities.

  • Cierra C. Joseph is more than just a name; she is a story of resilience, dedication, and community empowerment. A proud native of Chicago, she has charted an inspiring journey, from earning her B.S. in Marketing and B.A. in Communication from Indiana University to establishing herself as a successful entrepreneur in South Carolina. Her remarkable 15-year tenure as a salon owner is more than a testament to her business acumen; it's a symbol of her commitment to service, excellence, and personal growth.

    But Cierra's story doesn't stop at business success. Her heart beats for community upliftment, a passion that led her to establish the non-profit organization, Daughter's of N'Vee. This venture, coupled with her active involvement in the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., the Urban League Young Professionals, and the BGSC of Chicago, underscores her dedication to promoting unity and empowerment in her community. Through these platforms, she continues to inspire, foster a sense of belonging, and champion progressive change.

    Beyond her entrepreneurial and philanthropic endeavors, Cierra is a mentor in the truest sense. Leveraging her vast knowledge and experience, she coaches others on a professional level, imparting wisdom in imaging and branding, organization and business ethics, and business development. Her belief in the power of shared knowledge is transformative, and through her guidance, she has illuminated the path for many others in the professional world. In essence, Cierra C.   • Laura is an accomplished health facility administrator, highly regarded for her exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and unrivaled dedication to transforming communities. With a career spanning over 25 years, her approach is rooted in best practices, and her tenacity to roll up her sleeves and dive into challenges has earned her a reputation of high respect. A long-standing pillar in the assisted living community, Laura's servant leadership management style is testament to her commitment to the success of CPCV in her interim role. Her forward-thinking mindset and unwavering professionalism have consistently driven the success and longevity of the communities she's served.

    With a track record of steering communities through challenges such as underperformance and customer satisfaction issues, Laura's skills and experience have led to significant successes. A notable achievement was her leadership in the successful launch of Magnolia Springs Bridgewater in Carmel, Indiana. Despite launching in Hamilton County, one of the most competitive markets at the time, Magnolia Springs Bridgewater surpassed expectations across the board. Laura's ability to navigate difficult circumstances and deliver exceptional results is a testament to her dedication and expertise.

    Understanding the difficulties faced by operators in filling a Nursing Home Administrator position, Laura steps in as an experienced interim leader to provide support during these transitional periods. She recognizes that finding the right candidate, one that will not only lead the community but also make a long-term commitment, takes time. Laura's interim leadership support offers the luxury of time to find the best fit, relieving the pressure of hastily filling an open position, and ensuring the continuity and stability of the community during the transition.
